The kitchen advice was great - we went there with absolutely no desire to buy, as we had already planned with 2 other studios and just wanted to take a look at one or two things on site, but Mr. Schilling was so unobtrusive and pleasant that he convinced us that he was the right one for our kitchen planning. Short version of why we are still not satisfied: - Porta needed 6 visits to finally complete our kitchen - One of the fitters was very unfriendly and complained several times during assembly about how unsightly he found the kitchen. He rolled his eyes several times when you asked questions (such as whether the kitchen, which was delivered too low, could be made higher by the feet). Later more. - A side wall was not installed - although ordered - which means that the refrigerator can be heard constantly. The fitter didn't tell us about it, so it only came out later by chance (because we were also unsure why we didn't have a side wall) and repairs are only possible if the entire kitchen is dismantled again - Despite Porta's official apology and assurance that the fitter would not be sent to us again, we were able to welcome the fitter back to us for repairs. We bit the bullet because after 4 months with a half-finished kitchen and 4 visits from Porta, we didn't want to wait another 6 - 8 weeks for the next appointment. Unfortunately, at the end of the day we were told again that something was still missing (incidentally, that was the main reason they had to come back) - The worktop had to be completely replaced due to the quality and the inaccurate sawing work of the fitter (of course the same fitter who sawed it the first time was sent to repair it) - While the kitchen was being set up, a strange man came into the house who didn't introduce himself and went straight into our kitchen (supposedly an employee, as we found out afterwards) - Since the measurement was inaccurate and the kitchen was also delivered at a standard height instead of extra high as ordered, we had to subsequently order trim strips for the walls because our window and the construction foam were completely exposed (there was also an extra high kitchen inside beforehand). We have now made do with the kitchen being too low, even though it is too low for our height - Both times the fitter had my partner sign the delivery documents and presented him with the invoice, even though I was a customer. I would never make an issue out of little things like that, but it illustrates his attitude towards me as a person and customer. I made 3 crosses both times when he finished and left our house. That's not the feeling you want to have after installing your new kitchen. So: If you don't have any time pressure, want to have fitters make a mess of your kitchen and complain about it several times while it's being set up, and don't have a problem with getting things that you didn't order, you're welcome to buy your kitchen here. I really waited until the end to give my rating and always gave Porta factual feedback, but in the end I felt so ripped off that I'm now rating the whole thing as I experienced it and rating it honestly.

We ordered furniture from Porta and didn't receive what we ordered. the parts were put together from several cupboard walls. Each piece was a different color. This shouldn't be the case with real wood either, and especially not with the high price. Porta is extremely difficult when it comes to complaining about material defects. We didn't get any help and are considering hiring a lawyer.

So we've managed to get our new kitchen up and running. We had two very nice employees from Porta who built our new kitchen. Very great employees, very nice and competent, I'm 100 percent satisfied with their work, there's no other way to say it top top top keep it up and the customers will come back.
